Job Description:  

  • Conduct daily check in & check out with team members to ensure that they deliver work as expected standard and achieve targets
  • Design and optimize processes to support team operation to work more efficiently - Develop new initiatives and drive the execution to boost program performance
  • Conduct Training program both for sellers and the team to improve E-commerce knowledge
  • Manage campaigns and reward programs for sellers under onboarding program
  • Assist Program Manager to conduct analysis, reports, and case studies to gain insight, and identify new improvement initiatives

 

Qualification:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or related fields - 3 - 5 years’ experience in Business Development, Customer Services, or Sales is preferable
  • Excellent team player / lead with strong business acumen to achieve prescribed KPIs
  • Experience in managing a team and/or operations is highly preferable
  • Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
  • Proven track record of success in sales environment, strong planning, and organizational skills
  • Result oriented, self-driven, and strong negotiation skills
