Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews and offer management
Source top talents using a variety of creative techniques and figure out passive candidates via different platforms
Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes
Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
Undertake global HR projects and new initiatives such as employer branding, campus recruitment to acquire suitable talents for the organization
Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
Requirements:
Good university degree, at least 1 year of full-time recruitment experience
Tech recruitment experience is a plus
Independent, creative and with a strong sense of responsibility
Quick learner with a positive working attitude
Independent, analytical, resourceful, and meticulous
