Job Description:

  • Ensure the success of key merchants on Shopee platform including program participation, smooth operation and revenue enhancement
  • Educate sellers on Shopee features, Shopee promotional campaign and market insights
  • Build strong relationships and trust with merchants to understand more about their business and their key success factors
  • Negotiate deals with sellers and work with relevant teams to develop matching initiatives to boost program participation and revenues
  • Coordinate with cross functional team to identify issues and follow up on solutions

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer services, telesale or outbound call services
  • High accountability, work ownership and self-driven attitude
  • Strong communication skills in both Thai and English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel
