Job Description:

  • Analyzing partners’ progress, activities, and sales performances to drive partners growth in Shopee
  • Developing and aligning growth projection with business partners
  • Work closely with partners to introduce / onboard new products that drive orders
  • Monitor competitor landscape to identify industry trends and developing counter-strategies as required
  • Securing exclusive campaigns with partners (e.g. 9.9/11.11)
  • Collaborating with a wide range of internal stakeholders to drive results for partners (i.e., marketing, operations)
  • Address ad-hoc issues about settlement, reporting, and revision/renewal of legal contract
  • Ensure merchant retention in Shopee

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, coupled with at least 2 to 3 years of working experience
  • Experience as account manager/customer success/client relations manager will be an added advantage
  • Experience in e-commerce/e-wallet player will be an added advantage
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
  • Solid analytical skills complemented with a strong familiarity in PowerPoint and excel
  • Innovative in deriving solutions and has the ability to pick up new skills quickly is required
  • Team player that is able to work with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Self driven with an aptitude for work to achieve KPI targets
  • Excellent command of English (verbal & written), the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg: Malay, Chinese) will be an added advantage
