Job Description:

  • Handle and manage the relationship with the brand
  • Responsible for client relationship and retain client satisfaction
  • Manage overall account profitability via P&L management
  • Ensure all clients are successfully onboarded on time and deliver KPI on track
  • Manage to maximize GMV with day-to-day collaboration with client and channels
  • Work with Brand and internal team to conduct Brand budget management and P&L execution including reimbursement to deliver agreed GMV, Take Rate, and Profit
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with internal team to Manage Stock and inbound planning
  • Store Management ( Shopee Seller centre): coordinate with the internal team to ensure that pricing store set up are delivered in a mannerly timeline
  • Procurement: Purchase request and Inbounding coordination
  • Chat management - Coordinate with internal Chat team to ensure customer best experience
  • Product review: ensure that customer receives the best treatment from Shopee
  • Conduct sale performance and Fulfillment report review with seller
  • Ensure operational performance on all areas and inline with the KPI
  • Help customer achieve deliver design/ deliver graphic design
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project to pitching brands
 
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business or related fields
  • At least 2 years of working experience in e-commerce, retails, FMCG, online business would be a plus 
  • Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders
  • Knowledge in MS Office, Basic Excel, Pivot, vlookup, PPT
  • Strong English communication both verbal and written
