Description

  • You will be leading a small team to plan, execute, monitor and optimize campaigns and initiatives across internal and external stakeholders
  • You will be a subject matter expert of your project and can operate some work module independently
  • Identify issues, gather and interpret data, execute analysis and present findings and strategic recommendations to key decision makers
  • Develop performance dashboard to illustrate the performance and present the key insights with initiative to management  
  • Example of projects you will be working on: Monetization programs, Social seller initiatives, Operational efficiency improvement projects, etc

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university.
  • At least 2-3 years of work experiences
  • Analytical skills - Ability to conduct complex analysis with large datasets to support data-driven decision making
  • Problem solving skills - Strong problem solving skills, ability to draw insights from complex data and design practical and scalable solutions
  • Highly motivated, willing to push or go extra mile to drive impact with high ownership
  • Interested to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment and comfortable with multi-tasking
  • High Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
