Description

  • You will be leading a team of professionals to plan, execute, monitor and optimize campaigns and initiatives across internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify issues, develop hypotheses, gather and interpret data, execute analysis and present findings and strategic recommendations to key decision makers
  • Work closely with category managers in identifying root cause of operational issues and category constraint for the specific category 
  • Develop performance dashboard to illustrate the performance and present the key insights with initiative to management  
  • Lead, coach and guide your team. Able to solve unexpected conflicts, issues independently
  • Set key indicators to assess results of key initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university. MBA is strongly preferred
  • At least 4-5 years of work experiences
  • Ability to conduct complex analysis with large datasets to support data-driven decision making
  • Strong problem solving skills, ability to draw insights from complex data and design practical and scalable solutions
  • Highly motivated, willing to push or go extra mile to drive impact with high ownership
  • Interested to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment and comfortable with multi-tasking
  • High Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
