Description
- You will be leading a team of professionals to plan, execute, monitor and optimize campaigns and initiatives across internal and external stakeholders
- Identify issues, develop hypotheses, gather and interpret data, execute analysis and present findings and strategic recommendations to key decision makers
- Work closely with category managers in identifying root cause of operational issues and category constraint for the specific category
- Develop performance dashboard to illustrate the performance and present the key insights with initiative to management
- Lead, coach and guide your team. Able to solve unexpected conflicts, issues independently
- Set key indicators to assess results of key initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university. MBA is strongly preferred
- At least 4-5 years of work experiences
- Ability to conduct complex analysis with large datasets to support data-driven decision making
- Strong problem solving skills, ability to draw insights from complex data and design practical and scalable solutions
- Highly motivated, willing to push or go extra mile to drive impact with high ownership
- Interested to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment and comfortable with multi-tasking
- High Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
