Job description:

  • Design initiatives and programs to improve product, user adoption and business performance of Shopee Live
  • Collaborate with regional and local marketing teams to ensure end-to-end implementation of initiatives and programs
  • Work with product managers to identify and evaluate opportunities for improvement
  • Work with product managers and local teams to maintain daily operations of Shopee Live
  • Responsible for monitoring and tracking of key product and business performance metrics and ongoing initiatives across countries
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on users and competitors


  • At least 2-3 years work experience
  • Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and written communication skills
  • Experience in product marketing, strategy & business planning preferred
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Has passion for e-commerce industry
  • Able to work independently, strong stakeholder management skills
  • Good team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
