Job Description:

  • Work closely with leaders to diagnose team needs and create clear learning strategies aligned to the business goals of the Product and Engineering team
  • Lead the efforts to build up managerial capabilities in people leaders, so that teams are able to grow healthily, be motivated and engaged to deliver impactful results
  • Identify knowledge gaps, design and propose sustainable development programs that address the root cause in these gaps, and build and maintain high-performance teams
  • Partner with the Learning & Development team on the creation, delivery, and effectiveness measurement of innovative learning and performance support solutions
  • Measure success, using data to provide insights, redesign content and influence priorities of key stakeholders
  • Be creative and adaptable in re-designing training enhancements to address people development needs

Requirements:

  • 6 to 8 years of relevant working experience 
  • Bachelor's Degree from reputable university; background in Human Resources Management / Psychology would be a plus
  • Prior experience in creating sustained impact in a L&D leadership role 
  • Prior experience in learning strategy design and delivery that address current and future business needs
  • Self-starter and works well in ambiguity and a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Effective communicator. Bilingual in English and Chinese a plus for liaising with stakeholders.
  • Resourceful with a positive can-do attitude
