Work closely with leaders to diagnose team needs and create clear learning strategies aligned to the business goals of the Product and Engineering team
Lead the efforts to build up managerial capabilities in people leaders, so that teams are able to grow healthily, be motivated and engaged to deliver impactful results
Identify knowledge gaps, design and propose sustainable development programs that address the root cause in these gaps, and build and maintain high-performance teams
Partner with the Learning & Development team on the creation, delivery, and effectiveness measurement of innovative learning and performance support solutions
Measure success, using data to provide insights, redesign content and influence priorities of key stakeholders
Be creative and adaptable in re-designing training enhancements to address people development needs
Requirements:
6 to 8 years of relevant working experience
Bachelor's Degree from reputable university; background in Human Resources Management / Psychology would be a plus
Prior experience in creating sustained impact in a L&D leadership role
Prior experience in learning strategy design and delivery that address current and future business needs
Self-starter and works well in ambiguity and a dynamic, fast paced environment
Effective communicator. Bilingual in English and Chinese a plus for liaising with stakeholders.
