Job Description:

  • Provide strategic direction and develop appropriate HR initiatives across the Product and Engineering teams:
    • Assess current situation and future business needs in conjunction with the Product and Engineering teams
    • Research best practices to enable best design of HR initiatives
    • Project-manage the implementation and review of HR initiatives
    • Assess the impact of the HR initiatives
  • Play a key role in developing a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through strategic HR initiatives in (but not limited to) the following domains: recruitment, employer branding, employee engagement, learning and development, talent management, performance, compensation and rewards, culture, recognition programs

Requirements:

  • 3 to 8 years of experience in driving HR initiatives in an environment where there is constant change and transformation initiatives
  • Good university degree in Business or Human Resource Management or other relevant disciplines
  • Experience in working for large technology companies and their various people initiatives is a plus 
  • Delivered projects in HR process improvements, capability development, organizational development as well as change management (leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, cultural alignment, communications) 
  • Highly motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritise shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Good communications skills, especially fluent in written and spoken English
