Responsibilities:
- Strategize and plan for employer branding activities on both online and offline channels
- Work closely with functions to produce engaging employer branding social media content
- Plan and create content to post on social media and other channels to build a strong employer branding for Shopee
- Build and execute social media campaigns through competitive research, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Work closely with universities to promote Shopee brand image among students with engagement activities i.e. sponsorship, career fair, industry seminar
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data / metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Plan and manage budget for employer branding activities
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is required
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environment with multiple projects, tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Experience in copywriting and able to deliver creative digital content i.e. article, image and video
- Creative thinker with high enthusiasm for your work
