Job Description
- Be the marketing solutions expert for agencies to achieve business goals and for their managed-brands to adopt both Shopee onsite and offsite solutions
- Be a consultant to SME agencies on Shopee marketing solutions: Google Shopping Ads, SEM/SEO, Facebook collaborative ads (CPAS), UTM, and Marketing Solutions Portal
- Be a client/agency-facing partner and an internal advocate to pitch and troubleshoot marketing solutions and be an advocate for brand and agency collaborations
- Be a leader in spotting opportunities and co-creating MOUs and incentive schemes for agencies
- Be a coordinator among Shopee cross-functional team to execute scaled projects
- Be the POC for regional support/updates and a POC for external platform partners
Qualification
- 4-6 years working experience (in a media agency is a plus)
- Preference for digital performance marketing background
- Experience working in or executing digital marketing campaigns: Google Ads Solutions, YouTube, Facebook CPAS, UTM, Shopee on-site solutions, etc.
- Knowledgeable on e-commerce marketing planning, executing, and optimization. Knowledgeable on e-commerce performance metrics: CPC, CTR, GMV, ROAS
- Strong analytical skill and comfortable with data spreadsheets / excel
- Interpersonal skill with a team player attitude; able to effectively work with cross-functional teams
- Client-facing, sales skill with a service mind; able to speak to external agency directors and navigate through agency structure/stakeholders
- Consultative and troubleshooting skill; ability to present complex data, make solutions recommendations, and troubleshoot Shopee features
- Ability to work under ambiguity and be the owner of one’s responsibility
