Job Description

  •  Conduct due diligence on new and existing partner accounts
  • Perform account provisioning using ShopeePay’s CRM and maintain KYM related
    trackers
  • Liaison between Shopee and any third-party vendors that aids ShopeePay in carrying
    out its Know Your Merchant (KYM) policies
  • Identify gaps in KYM and propose process improvement
  • Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed
  • Receive and monitor queries from online registration and review application based on
    submitted information
  • Forward approved applications to BD team for merchant onboarding

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a bachelor’s degree

  • At least 6 months experience in Fintech particularly in merchant acquisition

  • Familiar with checking government documents of different business types

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and similar programs

  • Familiar with CRM tools (e.g Salesforce)

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable with shifting schedules, may be required to work on weekends and/or holidays

  • Flexible to do adhoc tasks
