Job Description:
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
- Develop plans and schemes for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing scheme
- Build up and maintain the inventory of all current and upcoming supplies
- Review and analyse all vendors/suppliers, commercial terms, and price options
- Maintain and update the list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
- Work with IT solution team and propose good solutions from commercial perspective, ensure out-coming high quality products/supplies
- Participate in negotiating the best deal for pricing and supply contracts, and verify the best option from suppliers
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree of business administration, accounting or related field is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role
- Knowledge of commercial relationship build-up and procurement techniques/process
- Talent in negotiations and networking
- Accurate and precise attention to details
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
- Good resource of supplier solutions is added advantage
- Work experience in IT Suppliers/IT industry is added advantage
- Initiative, enthusiasm and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment
- Has passion for technology and wants to make a difference with technology solutions
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
