Job Description:

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage long tail partners such as influencers/ Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), media publications, and Facebook (FB) groups as part of the Shopee Ambassador Program
  • Explore new trends, initiatives, and special pushes to encourage user generated content from mass long tail partners to uplift affiliates performance
  • To be the hybrid person for Shopee Ambassadors engagement – especially on affiliate links, conversions, and ad hoc brand/sponsorship collaboration
  • Constantly monitor individual partner’s performance and work closely to optimize affiliates KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Manage all communication and relationship of individual partners
  • Execute all affiliate BAU (Business As Usual) communications, including EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail), visuals, and content
  • Track partner’s payments and manage all invoices and documentation for long tail affiliates


  • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, coupled with at least 1 to 2 years of working experience
  • Relevant experience in influencer management/marketing is a plus
  • Able to work independently and with a team
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent relationship builder and a people’s person
  • Love working in a fast paced environment and able to strive under pressure
