Job Description:

  • Responsible for planning and operational aspects of campaign
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve campaign mechanic and optimize assets
  • Perform quantitative analysis to identify key revenue drivers, evaluate seller’s commercial deals and forecast sales opportunities
  • Roll out projects across departments, develop a detailed project plan to track progress, manage timeline through liaise with multiple cross-functional teams
  • Secure target participants for key campaigns
  • Measure campaign performance and visualize data using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Leverage on logical thinking to optimize working process by being able to identify potential pain points and propose solutions
  • Present findings and proposal to high-level management on a weekly basis

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Bachelor Degree from top tier university in business/economics/engineering field
  • Experience in management consulting and eCommerce is a plus
  • Open-minded person and eager to learn
  • Good analytical skills/ strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and have team spirit
  • Ability to work independently to carry out action plan throughout the project
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to the fast-paced working environment
  • Proficient in working with numbers (especially with MS Excel)
  • Good communication and presentation skills, both speaking and written in Thai and English
