Job Description:

  • Work closely with the marketing team in designing and optimizing marketing campaigns and brand’s visibility packages
  • Pitching internal commercial team the packages Shopee has and coordinate with them in executing the selling process
  • Manage and execute all of the process required in selling visibility packages since the package formation steps to post-selling barter tracking; this also includes checking the brand’s barter, following up brand’s barter, providing other supports to the stakeholders, and managing the Salesforce from end-to-end
  • Collecting key insights from BD teams throughout each selling cycle for further package improvements
  • Other project-based tasks: Identify the key process to be improved, and come up with a new effective working process; plan and roll out these initiatives accordingly

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in sales and Salesforce programme is a plus
  • Open-minded person and eager to learn
  • Good analytical skills/ strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and have team spirit
  • Ability to work independently to carry out action plan throughout the project
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to the fast-paced working environment
  • Proficient in working with numbers (especially with MS Excel)
  • Good communication and presentation skills, both speaking and written in Thai and English
