Job Description:
- Responsible for planning and operational aspects of campaign
- Work closely with internal teams to improve campaign mechanic and optimize assets
- Perform quantitative analysis to identify key revenue drivers, evaluate seller’s commercial deals and forecast sales opportunities
- Roll out projects across departments, develop a detailed project plan to track progress, manage timeline through liaise with multiple cross-functional teams
- Secure target participants for key campaigns
- Measure campaign performance and visualize data using appropriate tools and techniques
- Leverage on logical thinking to optimize working process by being able to identify potential pain points and propose solutions
- Present findings and proposal to high-level management on a weekly basis
Candidate Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience
- Bachelor Degree from top tier university in business/economics/engineering field
- Experience in management consulting and eCommerce is a plus
- Open-minded person and eager to learn
- Good analytical skills/ strong problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and have team spirit
- Ability to work independently to carry out action plan throughout the project
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Ability to adapt to the fast-paced working environment
- Proficient in working with numbers (especially with MS Excel)
- Good communication and presentation skills, both speaking and written in Thai and English
