Responsibility

  • Lead and manage project assigned to improve commercial operations
  • Coordinate with related functions and ensure operations to run smoothly
  • Provide data support and analyse meaningful insights for Business Development team related seller acquisition 
  • Plan and design Salesforce workflow in order to improve team performance.
  • Coordinate with Regional developer to develop and improve daily operation and reliable database on Salesforce for Seller Acquisition team 
  • Manage ad-hoc tasks and collaborate with other teams to resolve issues in hand
  • Track progress and customize report with insightful recommendation to team lead
  • Educate commercial team and provide appropriate guidance to solve daily problem
  • Support and assist commercial team as requested

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or related fields
  • 3 years’ experience in Consulting business would be an advantage
  • People management skills and Have experience taking care of a team
  • Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
  • Good team player, with an aptitude for sales and the ambition to constantly outperform your KPIs
  • Good mentor, leading skills
  • Be able to fit in with fast pace culture
  • Experience in Ecommerce is a plus
