Job Description

  • Calendar management for regional marketing team; primarily for the Head of Department
  • Support organization on coordination of various projects and initiative
  • Ad hoc business or admin tasks from team leaders of this team
  • TA would need to be meticulous , and with a good service attitude

Job Requirements

  • Highly meticulous, well organised and detail oriented
  • Good communications skills, people person
  • Able to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Enthusiastic with a positive work attitude, able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience as a personal assistant/marketing assistant is a bonus
