Support the Mall Marketing team with planning & execution of brand marketing campaigns for Shopee Mall brands, such as new brand / product launches, big campaign partners, Super Brand Day and Brands Festival
Lead or support Shopee Mall regular cross-category campaigns e.g. Shopee Mall Big Sale, Mall Incubation
Coordinate across internal stakeholders (e.g. other marketing functions such as social media team) to drive campaign execution
Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visuals for brand marketing campaigns
Lead data analysis for campaigns performance & conduct market intelligence
Requirements
Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Communications or other relevant degrees
Excellent command of English, exceptional communication and writing skills
Excellent stakeholder and project management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, manage expectations and coordinate with counterparts across external brands and internal stakeholders under tight timelines and pressure
Reliable and possess strong team spirit, able to work collaboratively, is patient and has good social skills
Independent and self-motivated, enjoys challenges and taking ownership of tasks. Consistently exceeds expectations and is open to taking on new, unfamiliar and difficult tasks or projects
An analytical and structured thinker, have a good affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution and problem-solving
Prior experience (including internships) in marketing, e-commerce, brands, creative agencies or other relevant roles would be a plus
Basic knowledge and skills in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator would be a plus
