Job Description:
- Design and implement strategies to develop and retain high-performing employees
- Conceptualize and build training programs, succession plans, promotion reviews and global mobility capabilities
- Conduct research and analyze data to generate insights, evaluate initiatives and develop solutions to support organization-wide talent initiatives
- Build effective relationships within the organization and engage business leaders in developing talent capabilities that align closely with business needs
- Coordinate best practices and deliver effective talent programs in multiple countries and ensure consistency across the organization
- Work collaboratively with leaders and other departments, including Learning & Organizational Development and HR recruitment
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university with min. 6 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in in-house Talent Management function is a plus
- Experience in regional roles and/or working with senior stakeholders is a plus
- Experience in business roles is a plus
- Self-starter with independent decision-making abilities
- Analytical with strong project management, execution and effective communication skills, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Team player and resourceful with a positive can-do attitude
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
