Job Description:

  • Design and implement strategies to develop and retain high-performing employees
  • Conceptualize and build training programs, succession plans, promotion reviews and global mobility capabilities
  • Conduct research and analyze data to generate insights, evaluate initiatives and develop solutions to support organization-wide talent initiatives
  • Build effective relationships within the organization and engage business leaders in developing talent capabilities that align closely with business needs
  • Coordinate best practices and deliver effective talent programs in multiple countries and ensure consistency across the organization
  • Work collaboratively with leaders and other departments, including Learning & Organizational Development and HR recruitment

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university with min. 6 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in in-house Talent Management function is a plus
  • Experience in regional roles and/or working with senior stakeholders is a plus
  • Experience in business roles is a plus
  • Self-starter with independent decision-making abilities
  • Analytical with strong project management, execution and effective communication skills, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Team player and resourceful with a positive can-do attitude
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
