Job Description:

  • Implement and execute talent management projects and initiatives such as Talent Identification, Talent Engagement and Succession Planning
  • Conduct research on industry best practices and analyse talent data to generate insights on current talent pool and future talent needs to develop relevant solutions to support key talent initiatives and exercises
  • Coordinate best practices and deliver effective talent projects and initiatives across multiple countries
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, including HR Business Partners
  • Ad hoc business tasks as assigned by team leaders

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in human resource management, with experience in in-house Talent Management function 
  • Experience in regional work to communicate with internal stakeholders from across the region 
  • Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Analytical with strong project management and execution skills
  • Good communication and people skills - ideally confident with supporting and communicating with senior management
  • Enthusiastic team player with a positive work attitude, able to work in a dynamic environment
  • Fast learner with excellent planning, time management and organisational skills 
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and working with stakeholders
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office suite such as MS Excel and Powerpoint
