Job Description

  • Support the product and operation-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
  • Analyze operational requirements and propose features to ensure they’re successful achieved
  • Maintain consistent communication with key stakeholders and provide continuous updates on project status
  • Collaborate with local and regional teams to strategize feature requests.
  • Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
  • Align and evaluate business requirements, feasibility, and value of the feature requests, to deliver comprehensive and accurate requirement documents.
  • Prioritize product features with facts and/or data; balance business impact, technical feasibility, user
    experience and implementation schedule


  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering,Management Information Systems, or equivalent
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks and working under pressure
  • Highly meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Flexible to work long hours on occasion
