Job Description:
- Determine and define project scopes and objectives
- Drive Warehouse commercial and operational projects for Serviced by Shopee
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress Manage communication with internal parties including Shopee Regional and suppliers by assigning tasks and following up on deliverable
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Drive initiative assigned by Manager
Requirement:
- At least Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science, Finance, or related field
- At least 5 years of working experience preferably in ecommerce, FMCG, Retails and/or consulting business
- Strong analytical acumen and ability to generate and evaluate analysis
- Superb business acumen with a desire to manage your own business
- Driven and motivated
- Previous management and leadership experience
- Excellent communication capability and presentation
- Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills at all times
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
- Excellent in English communication both verbal and written
- Have passion in eCommerce industry
