  • Lead the innovation efforts for HR tools (e.g. employee improvement program) and office automation (e.g. attendance taking system) across the organisation
  • Identify product opportunities through extensive competitor analysis, data and user feedback
  • Actively engage with key stakeholders (HR teams, business leaders) to understand business pain points
  • Ruthlessly prioritize requirements based on business impact and influence long term product direction 
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products and translate business requirements into Business Requirement Document (BRD) 
  • Collaborate with the wider Product team as well as Engineering and Design teams to prioritize, develop, and deliver a specific product

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree and above from a reputable university
  • Experience in product management, product owner, business process modeling and improvement, or delivering enterprise-level products is a plus
  • Strong domain knowledge in HR related enterprise software
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
  • Effectively communicate complex business/technical information with different audiences verbally or in writing
  • Analytical and quantitative reasoning skills
  • Good critical thinking and data-based decision-making skills
  • Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work with ambiguity and change
  • Proficient in Mandarin in order to collaborate with the counterparts in China
