Job Description:

  • Continuous improvement in seller experience by managing end to end process, including first mile international freight shipping, warehouse inbound and outbound etc
  • Lead operational excellence on process accuracy and control
  • Optimize existing process to increase operation efficiency and balance cost
  • Manage sellers' feedback and take initiatives to tackle seller’s pain points


  • A recognized degree and strong academic record
  • At least 2 years of experience in process improvement and eCommerce would be a plus
  • Ability to transform data into actual problems/potential risk
  • Analytical, data-driven and detail oriented
  • Self-motivated and and very willing to take initiative for improvement
  • Good communication and project management skills
  • Ability to communicate concepts and ideas to different stakeholders (written, verbal)
  • Proficiency in Chinese language for communication with Chinese counterparts
