Job Description
  • Responsible for inventory management, inbound/outbound operations, as well as a functional process responsibility across multiple shifts
  • Responsible for the overall safety, quality and performance and customer experience
  • Accountability for meeting and exceeding operational goals of fulfilment SLAs, inventory accuracy and opex cost optimization
  • On-site coordinate external landlord/manpower contractor and internal ops backend teams to ensure operational safety and accuracy
  • Strategic planning and forecasting; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; resolve problems; and address staffing needs
  • Mentor, train and develop teammates for career progression and learning
  • Ability to develop and share best practices across the shifts and functional teams
  • Drive process improvements and the ability to keep pace with our explosive growth while motivating others to meet the challenges of an extremely deadline-driven environment
Job Requirement
  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines
  • Ability to independently lead operational team on-site, engage in discussions with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Over 4 years prior experience in warehouse operations is mandatory
  • Knowledge of key WMS functionalities is expected
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
