Job Description:

  • Support ongoing operational excellence projects and participate in continuous improvement activities 
  • Execute order management functions such as pre-sales support activity, order fulfillment, shipment management and deliveries
  • Responsible for inventory, inbound/outbound operations, as well as a functional process responsibility across multiple shifts.
  • Analyse Operational KPIs and quality control.
  • Strategic planning and forecasting; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; resolve problems, and address staffing needs
  • Work with internal stakeholders including product team, reg ops, project, business development teams to make sure the smooth ops flows and cost effectiveness
  • Responsible for the overall on-site safety, quality, ops performance and customer experience
  • Strategic planning and forecasting; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; resolve problems, and address staffing needs

Requirements:

  • A recognized degree and strong academic record in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, business or relevant disciplines 
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain industries 
  • Knowledge of key WMS functionalities is expected
  • Analytical, data-driven and detail oriented  
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills  
  • Good knowledge in project management, lean management, Six Sigma, 5S
  • Able to work in the West of Singapore
  • Comfortable to work in warehouse setting
