Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain close relationships with sellers 
  • Contact existing merchants to engage them to participate in various marketing campaigns (e.g. securing deals, vouchers) and programmes 
  • Follow-up and deal with merchants' complaints or issues 

Requirements:

  • A recognized degree in any field, coupled with at least 1 to 2 years of working experience. Experience in e-commerce industry and client management would be added advantage
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills 
  • Excellent command of Mandarin and Malay. Fluency in English or any other languages would be an added advantage
