Job Description

  • Manage Seller communication channel both traditional and social channel for strategic feature/program adoption push
  • Develop new initiatives to acquire new adopted sellers for key strategic seller program or feature
  • Access and identify communication program effectiveness and develop best practices for Mass communication
  • Collaboratively work with functional team to design communication plan for P1/P2 program/features
  • Analyze seller profile at each mass communication channel to best push sellers communication
  • Develop and monitor communication effectiveness KPI to ensure sellers are well aware of Shopee key features/Programs initaitives

Job Qualification

  • At least Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
  • 2 or more years of experience in consulting, communication planning, or analytical roles
  • Ability to conduct complex analysis with large datasets to support data-driven decision making
  • Leadership experience is a plus (Leading a team or implement new process)
  • Self-motivated and proactive in learning
  • Solid team player and good interpersonally skills
  • High Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for e-commerce industry
