Job Description:

  • Develop deep understanding of delivery company & actively identifying operational issues;
  • Work with Regional Product and Operation team to discuss, test and deploy new features;
  • Collect feedback, pain point from Operation team, suggest solution based on available feature or request new feature to adapt with VN Operation;
  • Benchmark with other delivery companies in VN and in global to initiate some new features to improve productivity, deliver better user experience‚Ķ
  • Working with other departments to deliver big projects;
  • Solve daily product issues that were reported by the local team.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding and strong interest in the different aspects of delivery service & trending tech industries
  •  2+ years of industry experience with proven business impact
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Good in organization and leadership skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define the problem
  •  Advance Excel skill is a plus
  • Excellence written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity and pushing forward
