Job Description:
- Develop deep understanding of delivery company & actively identifying operational issues;
- Work with Regional Product and Operation team to discuss, test and deploy new features;
- Collect feedback, pain point from Operation team, suggest solution based on available feature or request new feature to adapt with VN Operation;
- Benchmark with other delivery companies in VN and in global to initiate some new features to improve productivity, deliver better user experience…
- Working with other departments to deliver big projects;
- Solve daily product issues that were reported by the local team.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding and strong interest in the different aspects of delivery service & trending tech industries
- 2+ years of industry experience with proven business impact
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Good in organization and leadership skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define the problem
- Advance Excel skill is a plus
- Excellence written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Self-starter with a strong sense of curiosity and pushing forward
