Job Description:

  • Support in administration and organising all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plan
  • Conduct routine site inspection
  • Liaising with various contractor/vendor for rectification of defects and planned preventive maintenance
  • Attend to stakeholders’ requests and feedback promptly
  • Assist with SOPs and Emergency Response Plan
  • Assist with event venue bookings and logistic support
  • Other facilities/office operations related duties assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Currently studying at a reputable education institution
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve in a rapidly expanding and fast paced environment
  • Proficient in Google Suite especially Gsheets
  • Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn

 

Time Period:
