Job Description:

  •   Conduct periodic audit of Ethics and Integrity reports    
  •   Keep track of violations reported and map out plans to address these reports  
  •   Identify potential ethics and integrity issues, investigate and provide sound recommendations 
  •   Review and revise, as needed, the existing compliance policies and to ensure that they remain relevant and up to date
  •   Assist in creating compliance awareness within the Company and support and monitor the roll-out of related compliance policies  

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree preferably in Finance/Banking, Audit/Compliance or similar field
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Ethics & Compliance  
  • Knowledge of Compliance program design/ techniques
  • Analytical and inquisitive with an eye for details
  • Strong auditing and reporting skills  
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills  
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
