Job Description
- Own and drive program performance to achieve targets
- Monitor program performance and identify new initiatives to push program performance
- Work with other team leads to ensure the program runs smoothly
- Drive, coach and motivate working team
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of work experience in Business Development or Sales / Commercial Performance Management
- Strong problem solving skill; able to work and drive performance independently
- Comfortable to work in a fast-pace environment with some ambiguity
- Good interpersonal skill with a team player attitude; able to effectively work with cross-functional teams
- Good command in English and proficient in data analytics (at least intermediate Microsoft Excel skill)
