Job Description

  • Own and drive program performance to achieve targets
  • Monitor program performance and identify new initiatives to push program performance
  • Work with other team leads to ensure the program runs smoothly
  • Drive, coach and motivate working team

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of work experience in Business Development or Sales / Commercial Performance Management
  • Strong problem solving skill; able to work and drive performance independently
  • Comfortable to work in a fast-pace environment with some ambiguity
  • Good interpersonal skill with a team player attitude; able to effectively work with cross-functional teams
  • Good command in English and proficient in data analytics (at least intermediate Microsoft Excel skill)
