Job Description:

  • Analyze market landscape and strategize Shopee's approach to developing Sellers with a specific focus on micro and small sellers.
  • Establish processes and identify appropriate indicators to monitor performance and progress.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g.: marketing, business development) to implement and coordinate execution of projects.
  • Draw up project plans and communicate effectively across multiple involved internal and external stakeholders to align on scope, timelines and expectations
  • Conduct studies and execute projects aimed at improving performance of the company.
  • To do analyses independently and generate business insights based on quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Develop data-backed strategies and support the teams in executing the strategies related to Seller management.
  • Establish processes and identify appropriate indicators to monitor performance and progress.
  • Devise appropriate SOPs to bridge process gaps across different departments that work closely with the team.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
  • 2-5 years of working experience in a strategy/management consulting / startup / e-commerce role is preferred.
  • Structured, able to plan end-to-end execution of initiatives, and see through implementation of the initiative.
  • Strong affinity to data, solid analytical abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong business acumen, able to generate insights and work with tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 
  • SQL is an added advantage (but not mandatory)
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills at all times.
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn.
