Job description:

  • Carry out routine inspection on the site offices’ M&E systems such as electrical, air-conditioning systems, fire protection, and plumbing/sanitary etc
  • Carry out minor repair and rectification works of amenities, fittings and fixtures, wall, ceiling and floor finishing of site offices
  • Attend to internal stakeholders’ feedback, complaints and service requests
  • Report on breakdowns, irregularities, defects, maintenance activities and record stock inventories
  • Perform troubleshooting and attending to equipment breakdown calls
  • Supervise and monitor contractors in the routine servicing and emergency repair works
  • Ensure workplace cleanliness and safety is observed at all times
  • Assist in parcel collection & distribution
  • Any other task as assigned by the immediate supervisor or manager
  • 5 days work week. Weekends with allowance

Requirement: 

  • Minimum Nitec in Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge of using Google Suite (preferred) or Microsoft Office
  • Able to prepare to standby for an emergency
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess the ability to handle difficult situations and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work on weekends as and when required
