Job Description:

  • Identify the drivers of key operational issues across different seller types
  • Work with sellers to diagnose seller-related operational challenges and develop improvement plans
  • Revamp internal Shopee processes that hinder sellers from good operational performance
  • Evaluate local and regional policies to address challenges and create new ones where needed
  • Create incentives and penalties to best drive improved seller performance 
  • Design education strategies across multiple seller channels to drive seller behavior 
  • Assess competitor platform’s operations processes and continuously adapt for Shopee sellers
  • Collaborate with regional operations to develop seller management tools for local sellers
  • Work with cross functional teams to program manage seller-impacting projects

 

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree 
  • At least 1-3 years industry experience in consulting and/or strategy 
  • Highly analytical, quantitative background; Strong problem solving skills with the ability to draw insights from large data sets and design practical and scalable solutions
  • Strong sense of ownership; self-motivated, proactive in learning and able to work under pressure 
  • Track record of managing complex and time sensitive projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Adaptable with ambiguous information; Ideal experience across multiple project-based initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong slide-making skills required, with the ability to synthesize information for executive-level audiences
