Job Description:

  • Co-manage & execute daily tasks on Shopee’s communications channels including: Push Notifications, Auto-call system, SMS, Email, Seller Center, Help Center, etc.
  • Review & revise content about changes of policy, new / updated features, promotion programs,  etc. to increase user engagement, reduce churn, and enhance user loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective communication plan with a user-centric approach
  • Other tasks assigned by line-manager

Requirements: 

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, PR or related field
  • A minimum of 1-year experience in marketing and communications, e-commerce is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in both native and English languages
  • Critical thinking skill with the ability to exercise good judgment and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to plan, coordinate and prioritise work effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of design software such as Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator is a plus
