Responsibilities:

  • Co-manage & execute daily tasks on Shopee’s communications channels including: Push Notifications, SMS, Auto-call, Email (Mass Mailing & Electronic Direct Mail), Seller Center, Zalo 
  • Coordinate with internal and external to proceed comms based on all channels
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective usage plan based on Shopee official channels mentioned above
  • Proactively raise suggestions/concerns to improve current channels based on daily working experience or past experience 
  • Other tasks assigned by line-manager

 

Requirements: 

  • Experience working with execution on system related to set up, follow status & proactively raise to have the issue fixed as soon as possible
  • Clear communication in native language (English is a plus to work with regional if any)
  • Ability to discuss & align with PIC team to support comms in the best way
  • Be extremely careful and detail-oriented in execution 
  • Hard working and job stability, always ready to support urgent comms request (maybe in weekend or out of working hours) 
  • Can work under pressure & quickly adapt when new things come
  • Ability to plan, coordinate and prioritise work effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Based in Hanoi
