Job Description:

  • Managing riders and another team member in the hub
  • Assigning work, arranging shifts for managed staffs
  • Tracking, evaluating, and analyzing the receiving process, as well as delivery, pick-up and return process
  • Ensuring goods have been received at the right place, at the right time, in accordance with the requirements of the operating process
  • Managing delivery, pickup, return process for all belong districts
  • Handling processes incurred by the buyer during delivery
  • Hub operation planning
  • Monitoring the hiring process, as well as being responsible for managing the people working
  • Status reports, weekly deliveries, recommendations for solutions

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS office
  • Understanding of delivery operations, especially in the field of fast forwarding and e-commerce
  • Experience in team management with over 50 people, and at least 2 years of experience in management positions
  • Understanding the HCM roads is an advantage
  • Teamwork as well as be independent in a fast and dynamic environment
  • Experience in data management, process and analysis
  • Good at English comunications
  • Good at Office computer skill
