Responsibilities
- Design, conduct and analyze quantitative/qualitative studies to understand user behavior and identify opportunities for improving buyer/seller experience
- Gather and analyze VOC (e.g. NPS, app review...etc) to identify customer pain points and investigate the potential root causes
- Prepare reports and presentations to synthesize findings, generate actionable insights
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders in cross functional teams to drive improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 2 years’ experience of user research
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data from both quantitative and qualitative sources
- Passionate about solving problems
- Expert in PowerPoint & Excel
- Good communication skill
- Good team player with positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of SQL is a must and proficiency is a plus
