Responsibilities

  • Design, conduct and analyze quantitative/qualitative studies to understand user behavior and identify opportunities for improving buyer/seller experience
  • Gather and analyze VOC (e.g. NPS, app review...etc) to identify customer pain points and investigate the potential root causes
  • Prepare reports and presentations to synthesize findings, generate actionable insights
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders in cross functional teams to drive improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience of user research
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data from both quantitative and qualitative sources
  • Passionate about solving problems 
  • Expert in PowerPoint & Excel
  • Good communication skill
  • Good team player with positive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is a must and proficiency is a plus
