Job Description:

  • Leveraging data to identify growth drivers and design category campaign theme and mechanics to grow the category in a sustainable and scalable manner leveraging platform push, category direction, historical performance data and external market trends
  • Develop comprehensive excel models to set measurable and appropriate target, forecast target GMV and orders, and track all campaigns performance
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify key success factors and what should have been done better to improve the performance moving forward

 

Requirements:

  • Preferably have work experience in online campaigns creation (incl. both strategy and execution part); experience in eCommerce is a plus
  • Data-driven, strong logical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellence in PowerPoint and Excel; SQL is a plus
  • Self-driven, motivated, great team player, positive attitude, eager to learn, open for feedback and stay humble
