Job Description:
- Define, implement and execute the business development and growth strategy for the category
- Lead execution of category’s initiatives and campaigns
- Developing online merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve sales targets
- Retain and optimize key account relationships to drive overall sales volumes. This can be done by ensuring pricing competitiveness, assortment, stock availability of key merchants within the category
- Carry out analysis and survey to better understand merchant requirements and behavior
- Leverage strong project management skills to plan and coordinate within assigned category as well as cross functional team to ensure smooth execution all platform and category initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business or related fields
- Ideally 3-5 years of working experience preferably in business development, sales or account management, experience in eCommerce is a plus
- Strong analytical acumen and ability to generate and evaluate analysis
- Previous management and leadership experience
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
