Job Description:

  • Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service
  • Support deliveries when required during peak or shortage of manpower
  • Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure all delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner
  • Assist the fleet team lead in deployment and training of new drivers where applicable
  • Monitor and report KPI compliance
  • Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous
  • 5.5 working days,  Able to work in shifts: (Monday - Sunday; Morning shift: 8am till 5pm; Evening shift: 1pm till 10pm)
  • Able to OT & rotate between shift depending on business needs.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in last mile industry 
  • Familiar with SG road & area knowledge is a must
  • Drivers with similar experience from relevant last mile industry is advantageous but not necessary
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguous situations
  • Fast learner, comfortable with fast-pace environment
