Job Description:
- Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service
- Support deliveries when required during peak or shortage of manpower
- Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure all delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner
- Assist the fleet team lead in deployment and training of new drivers where applicable
- Monitor and report KPI compliance
- Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous
- 5.5 working days, Able to work in shifts: (Monday - Sunday; Morning shift: 8am till 5pm; Evening shift: 1pm till 10pm)
- Able to OT & rotate between shift depending on business needs.
- 1-3 years’ experience in last mile industry
- Familiar with SG road & area knowledge is a must
- Drivers with similar experience from relevant last mile industry is advantageous but not necessary
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguous situations
- Fast learner, comfortable with fast-pace environment
