Job Description:

  • Coordinate with Product, BD to understand feature nature, to explore where is potential to scale up, where is main blockers.
  • Coordinate with CX & MKT Comms to monitor Communication plan for the features.
  • Build a concrete & inherent plan to sync all activities in a big picture, esp to sync Operation workload, Business need while avoid potential issue.
  • Deliver reports & necessary analysis to plan & optimize feature usage.
  • Constantly collect feedback from relevant team to request for feature improvement.
  • Support Product in testing features, writing feature improvement request.


  • Deep understanding and strong interest of the different aspects of ecommerce & trending tech industries.
  • Strong problem solving skills; ability to draw insights from data, research and design practical and scalable solutions.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel). Experience in SQL is a plus.
  • Good in both verbal and written English.
