Job Description:

  • Monitor the team that will handle customers requests and complaints relating to transport services;
  • Collect and analyse data on third-party logistic(s) in charge, ensuring data is updated accurately, fully and promptly, without the occurrence of errors and confusion;
  • Propose solutions and orientation to improve working methods and systems;
  • Proactively nominate initiatives that improve logistics performance;
  • Implement new reports as required;
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager



  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Native Portuguese and Advanced or Fluent English (position will demand constant interactions with Asia)
  • At least 3 years of working experience, at least 6-month experience of leadership
  • Strong computer skills, especially Excel
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills 
  • Driven and motivated, hands on 
  • Previous work with transport monitoring will be a plus
