Job Description:

  • Work with Operations Payments team and other groups to identify gaps and needs for improvement
  • Initiate and manage end to end process for projects
  • Act as point of contact between different departments within the company and relevant third parties
  • Communicate strategies and objectives with relevant departments and colleagues
  • Implement any changes sensitively and with minimal disruption


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Accountancy, Financial Management or related fields
  • Project management experiences 
  • Experience in E-commerce, Finance, Audit is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - able to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Knowledge of general business processes and organizational frameworks, such as goals, strategy, culture, and structure
  • Ability to develop strong relationships within the company and with third parties
