- Implement product research, market research, competitive analysis to appraise new product features to enhance the experience of affiliate partners and competitiveness of the program.
- Analyze team working flow and requests from internal users to develop product requirements to increase work efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with local and regional Product team in preparing detailed requirement documents, prototype construction, managing timeline to ensure delivering of the product / solution.
- Provide training material and support for external and internal users during operation.
- Support other cross-functional team in topics relating to affiliate product.
- Support manual testing (if needed).
- At least 1 year of experience in Business Analysis or Product Development.
- Good communication skills across teams/organizations.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in SQL and Scripting Language. MySQL and Python are preferred.
- Understanding of data and database design, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Good time-management skills.
- Experience in E-commerce or Digital marketing is a plus.
