Job Description:
- Foster Cross Border business growth for Indonesia market by proactively identifying fit or gap opportunities
- Hypothesize what a solution might look like and tackle challenges for different type of sellers
- Conduct analysis and validate against data or operational realities
- Generate actionable insights working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to communicate across functions and levels from extracting data requirement to conducting data analysis
- Pitch ideas and deliver presentations to various stakeholders
Requirements:
- Good degree from recognized university
- Experience in e-Commerce, strategic corporate or consulting preferred
- Strong analytical skills, hypothesis-driven, structured and methodical problem solver
- Strong stakeholder management skills and communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterparts
