Job Description: 

  • Conduct the initial pitch to Service by Shopee (SBS) as well as being the first contact point for new potential suppliers
  • Responsible for Business Contracts (both Fulfillment and Supply contracts) by being the point of contact for Agreement Signing Process with Suppliers such as Trade term negotiating, Business Operation, Reviewing opportunities to make business best utilizing negotiation as well as Renew expiring contracts and bank guarantee (if any)
  • Collaboratively work with the relevant internal stakeholders especially in Legal, Finance, Back Office, Warehouse team to ensure the whole process in dealing with suppliers as well as closing the deals effectively and efficiently
  • Be responsible for monitoring and tracking the progress of contracts and vendor registration with the relevant departments to ensure the opening accounts completely
  • Monitor and advise such as issues, risk and/or opportunities that impact to the business

Qualification:

  • Male / Female age not over 35 years old
  • Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or other related 
  • At least 3 years of experience in Merchandising/ Buyer Coordinator, or Buyer support is advantage 
  • Experience in Retail/ Trading and Online business will be advantage
  • Negotiation and Conflict resolution skills
  • High attention to details and Work fast
  • Service Mind and Adapt to change
  • Work Well under Pressure and Independently
  • Good Interpersonal Skill
  • Good Command in English (Especially in Written)
  • Good computer literacy (Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word)
