Job Description:

  • Plan appropriate strategies and drive campus initiatives to make sure the desired demographics is being reached and pipelines are well managed
  • Coordinate and facilitate on-campus/ virtual recruiting events. From job fairs, talks, conferences to other social events
  • Provide research and knowledge on all market attributes, analyze school records and demographics on a regular basis
  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with university career offices, partners, alumni and students and provide interface with all candidates
  • Work closely with recruiting teams, provide support to various hiring needs and ensure best practices 
  • Assist on employer branding planning and implementation



  • Good degree from recognized university
  • At least 3 years of campus recruitment experience.
  • Prior experience in large scale campus activities including MT programs, business/ tech competitions
  • Prior experience in employer branding planning and execution
  • Prior experience in eCommerce or FMCGs is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capability to work in fast-paced and dynamic work situations
  • Ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Strong analytical skills preferred
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel preferred
