Job Description:

  • Support Japanese sellers regarding payment, product listing, back-end system use, by liaising with the respective local functional teams and by communicating with sellers directly (Q&A)
  • Lead identifying and internally-escalating issues related to the infringement of license (e.g., fraud products, misuse of images) on behalf of Japanese brands and products
  • Cooperate with Business Development and Seller Management teams to support logistical issues
