Job Description:

  • Identify and acquire new suppliers to onboard with Shopee via Shopee Warehousing service
  • Negotiate with supplier for the best offer in assortment, margin and promotion
  • Liaison with legal and financial team to prepare vendor registration and documentation
  • Create purchasing plan to align with monthly budget
  • Cooperate with key internal functions e.g. Commercial, Warehouse, Marketing in order to onboard brands successfully
  • Manage relationship with supplier and collaborate with other members in team

Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in relevant fields in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain etc.
  • Working experiences purchasing, retail business or wholesale business is advantage
  • Have knowledge in overall sales and GP in categories is advantage
  • Good interpersonal skill, logical thinking, flexible, proactive and maturity person
  • Good analytical, negotiation and communication skills with problem solving
  • Good communication of English is plus
  • Work well under pressure with can do attitude
  • Possess good computer skill (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
