Job Description

  • Understand the message from the brief, develop highly targeted ideas, content and strategies that are fresh, impactful and engaging to audience
  • Responsible for all video and art concepts of advertising or media campaigns
  • Collaborate with various teams such as Campaigns, Video Production and Social Media to brainstorm and develop a variety of video content and copy ideas
  • Be part of the working team that’s involved from concept to completion of the creative process, i.e. storyboard drawing, video production
  • Present ideas/concepts, storyboards, and completed work to other teams or management team
  • Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma is required
  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a creative from advertising industry, with digital background preferred
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English, whereas fluency in other languages is a plus
  • Good time management, ability to work under pressure and prioritises multiple projects with careful attention to detail
  • Possesses advertising knowledge and willingness to explore other creative fields, primarily in (but not limited to) art direction and video production
  • Able to art direct visuals in various styles and has a strong eye for composition, colour combination and overall beauty of a piece of creative work
  • Strong crafting skills in art and design such as typography, layout design, illustrations and photo manipulation
  • Proficient in using designing Adobe software such as Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Flexible approach and willingness to adapt ideas to the needs of the briefs
  • Strong team player with interpersonal skills
